Yesterday in the midst of more snow, we had our second Romania meeting. After 3 hours I think we all felt a little overwhelmed!! There is a lot to do, and it is coming fast. There were some exciting developments. We had added Melissa Errickson to our team, bringing us to 6 members right now, with the potential of adding another in the next week or two. That would be a great blessing. We were able to divide up some responsibilities, nail down our fundraisers, and get some ideas flowing about the VBS. Doug asked us about personal goals for this trip... and even though I gave an answer last night(because I am never at a loss for words), that question has continued to swirl around in my mind. One of my goals definitely is to communicate to the people we work with there that there are people here in PA who care about them, want to help them and want to be involved in their lives. But on top of that I need to be reminded that outside of my little selfish world, there is a huge world out there with needs so beyond my own!! God has allowed me opportunities to see this other times, but I forget so quickly and need to be reminded again!
